Emotion-Focused Therapy for Generalized Anxiety, Hardcover

Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)--characterized by near-constant worry that often coincides with intense feelings of shame and despair--is a highly treatment-resistant disorder, with clients often relapsing after making some progress.
